From May 9, 2019 to June 30, 2019, the company has repurchased 268,200 shares, representing 0.85% for ¥797.38 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 268,200 shares, representing 0.85% for ¥797.38 million under the buyback announced on May 9, 2019.
Showa Sangyo Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of flour milling, oils and fats, feed business, warehousing business, as well as real estate rental business. The Company operates through six business segments. The Flour Milling segment provides commercial flour, commercial premixes, frozen dough, frozen foods, bread and bran.
