Shufersal announced earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year 2018. For the quarter, the company reported Be's operating loss in the fourth quarter was ILS 13 million, dragging down Shuferal's fourth quarter operating profit and resulting in a 36% drop to ILS 49 million in its net profit. Fourth quarter revenue was up 6% to ILS 3.1 billion. For the year, the company reported revenue grew 8% to ILS 12.8 billion last year. Be's losses in 2018 totaled ILS 29 million, while Shufersal's net profit during this period fell 4% to ILS 453 million. Shufersal reported same-store sales, which rose 3%. Same-store sales were up 1.7% on the year, attributable mainly to growth in the food market.
