FURTHER DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR IN RELATION TO

MAJOR AND CONNECTED TRANSACTION

Reference is made to the announcements of Shunfeng International Clean Energy Limited (the "Company") dated 31 December 2020 (the "Announcement"), 22 January 2021, 19 February 2021 and 31 March 2021 (the "Delay Announcement") in relation to the Disposal which constitutes a major and connected transaction of the Company. Unless otherwise defined, terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

As stated in the Delay Announcement, a circular (the "Circular") is expected to be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 30 April 2021. As additional time is required to prepare and finalise certain information to be contained in the Circular, the Company expects that the despatch of the Circular will be postponed to a later date that is on or before 31 May 2021.
