To:President of the Stock Exchange of ThailandThe Board of Directors of Siam Makro Public Company Limited ("the Company") has resolved to call the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 3.00 p.m., at Convention Room, 4th floor, Siam Makro Public Company Limited, Tara Phatthanakan Building, No. 1468 Phatthanakan Road, Phatthanakan Sub-district, Suan Luang District, Bangkok. The Company would like to inform you that the Notice of the 2021 AGM and relevant documents in Thai and English versions have been disclosed on the Company's website athttps://www.siammakro.co.th/en/investor_meeting.php.Shareholders can download the documents via the Company's website from March 19, 2021 onwards.

Due to the spread of the COVID-19, the Company encourages for proxy voting instead of attending the Meeting in person. Shareholders may appoint any of the Company's independent directors as their proxy to attend and vote on their behalf by completing the Proxy Form B attached to the AGM invitation notice posted by mail. The form is also available for download on the Company's website via the above link. Please send the complete form to the Company Secretary as process described in the AGM invitation notice. This is for the purpose of prevention, controlling and minimizing risks from the spread of the disease.

In addition, the Company, therefore, has drawn up the precautionary measures and monitoring of the spread of COVID-19, i.e. arrangement of a screening and temperature check strictly for all attendees before the registration. The Company reserves the right to refuse their meeting attendance for those with high temperature (37.5 Celsius or above) or a sign of fever together with respiratory illness symptoms; or those who have recently travel to/ from the area of

pandemic/ highest level of disease control in less than 14 days of active monitoring, which is in accordance with the measures of the Department of Disease Control.
