Regarding to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2021 of Siam Makro Public Company Limited (the "Company"), which was held on 12 October 2021, resolved to approve the offering of ordinary shares to the public (Public Offering) of up to 1,362,000,000 newly issued ordinary shares with
par value of THB 0.50 each at the offering price of THB 43.50 per share. The Company proceeded the offering and allocation of such ordinary shares during 4-17 December 2021, reflecting to 770,000,000 subscribed shares which the Company received THB 32,942,818,910 in aggregate net proceeds.
The Company would like to report the utilization of the capital increase proceeds as of 30 June 2022 as follows:
