In accordance with Regulation of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (" SET") , a listed company with insufficient free float for 2 years or more will have to submit a progress report on free float adjustment every six months, starting from the report due date until the company comply with free float requirement.

Siam Makro Public Company Limited (" the Company" ) would like to inform you that the Company is currently considering an appropriate solution to fix distribution of minority shareholding to comply with the SET's regulations. If there is any progress, the Company will keep SET further informed.
