Johannesburg, 10 May 2022: Sibanye-Stillwater (Tickers JSE: SSW and NYSE: SBSW) advises that its CEO, Neal Froneman will today (10 May 2022) at 12h40 CAT present virtually at the 2022 Mining Indaba about 'Taking the lead in stakeholder capitalism'.

For the 2021 year, the Group has contributed significantly toward its employees and other stakeholders. The contributions have increased substantially since listing in 2013. These include, but are not limited to:

• • R26 billion towards salaries and wages (2013: R6 billion)

• • R969 million in training and development (2013: 316 million)

• • R2.2 billion to Socio-economic development & CSI (2013: R1 billion)

• • R17.9 billion in taxes and royalties (2013: R554 million)
