The Board announced that Mr. Yao Jiancheng ("Mr. Yao") and Mr. Wong Wai Chiu ("Mr. Wong") have been appointed as the joint company secretaries of the Company with effect from the date of this announcement. Mr. Wong holds a bachelor's degree in social sciences with honours from the University of Hong Kong, a postgraduate diploma in Hong Kong and UK laws from the Manchester Metropolitan University, a master's degree in applied science from the University of Technology Sydney, a master's degree in corporate governance from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a master's degree in arbitration and dispute resolution from the City University of Hong Kong.
