As on December 31, 2020, reported total assets of CNY 113.5 million, net assets of CNY 102.2 million, net income of CNY 15.7 million, operating income of CNY 37.6 million. Transaction is approved by the Board of Sichuan Guangan AAAPublic Co.,Ltd.
