Sichuan Haite Technology Development Group Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Sichuan Haite Yamei Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. from Sichuan Haite High-tech Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002023) for CNY 5.3 million on April 10, 2021. As of April 13, 2021, the agreement has not been signed. After the transaction, Sichuan Haite High-tech Co., Ltd. will no longer hold equity in Sichuan Haite Yamei Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. Sichuan Haite Yamei Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. reported operating revenues of CNY 0.45 million and net loss of 0.66 million for the three months ending March 31, 2021. Sichuan Haite Yamei Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. reported owners’ equity of CNY 4.17 million as at March 31, 2021. The Board of Directors of Sichuan Haite High-tech approved the transaction on April 10, 2021.
