Sichuan Swellfun Co.,Ltd implemented the rights and interests distribution for 2019 with the scheme of differentiated dividend distribution as a cash dividend of RMB 14.5 (tax included) per 10 shares to all shareholders. It is calculated that a total cash dividend of RMB 708,285,702.10 (taxes included) is planned to be distributed on the basis of 488,472,898 shares after excluding the current 72,800 shares in the special repurchase account from the total issued 488,545,698 shares by December 31, 2019. Record date is July 9, 2020, Ex-dividend date is July 10, 2020 and Cash dividend payable date is July 10, 2020.
