UPDATING OF EXISTING SHAREHOLDERS' AGREEMENTS

Chiampo (VI), January 5th, 2021 - SICIT Group S.p.A. (the "Company") announces that, following communications received from the shareholders involved, updated documentation relating the shareholders' agreements in place between the shareholders PromoSprint Holding S.r.l. and Intesa Holding S.p.A., as well as the lock-up agreement of Intesa Holding S.p.A., both relating the shares of the Company.
