CONVERSION OF SICIT GROUP S.P.A. WARRANTS

Chiampo (VI), 12 May 2021 - SICIT Group S.p.A. ("SICIT") announces from the 1st March up to the 11st March requests were received for the exercise of 4,421,954 Warrants (Exercise Ratio equal to 0.2713); therefore, SICIT issued, on the

10th May, 1,199,665 ordinary shares to service this exercise, for a total nominal value of €119,966.5, in accordance with the procedures set out in the Regulation.

As a result of the above, the new share capital of SICIT will amount to Euro 2,582,696.40 divided into 22,245,145 Ordinary Shares, without nominal value, as illustrated in the following table.
