BREMEN (dpa-AFX) - An international trade fair for hydrogen is to begin in Bremen on Wednesday (9 a.m.). According to Bremen's economic department, the Hydrogen Technology Expo Europe is to be the world's largest trade fair of its kind. It is announced that Bremen's Senator for Economic Affairs Kristina Vogt (Left Party) will speak at the event at around 10:50 am.
The two-day event is organized by the British company Trans-Global Events. The organizers expect more than 10,000 visitors to the fair. More than 550 exhibitors are to be represented at the exposition. Among them, according to the announcement, are German companies active in the energy sector, such as Siemens Energy and Eon, as well as international energy companies such as Shell, Aramco and ExxonMobil.
From 2024, Hydrogen Technology Expo Europe is to be hosted in Hamburg, according to a statement./lkm/DP/zb
