As per section 227 of the restated text of the Securities Market Law (texto refundido de la Ley del Mercado de Valores), approved by the Royal Legislative Decree 4/2015, of 23 October, and related provisions, the Company announces the following other relevant information:

This announcement is related to the Other Relevant Information sent on February 11, 2021 to the Spanish Stock Market Commission (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores) (registration number 7064), regarding the contract entered between Siemens Gamesa and Crosswind for the Hollandse Kust Noord offshore wind power plant, located in The Netherlands, with a total capacity of 759 MW.

The Company hereby confirms that the contractual requirements for its accounting recognition were fulfilled and accordingly this project will be booked as order intake in the second quarter of fiscal year 2021.
