As per section 227 of the restated text of the Securities Market Law (texto refundido de la Ley del Mercado de Valores), approved by the Royal Legislative Decree 4/2015, of 23 October, and related provisions, the Company announces the following other relevant information:

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, S.A., through one its affiliates, has signed a contract with Crosswind, a joint venture between Shell and Eneco, for the supply of a total of 69 wind turbines for the Hollandse Kust Noord offshore wind power plant, located in The Netherlands, with a total capacity of 759 MW.

The agreement includes the supply of 69 SG 11.0-200 DD offshore wind turbines and a 15-year service and maintenance agreement. The turbine commissioning is planned to be completed by the year 2023.

The commencement of this contract is subject to the fulfilment of certain contractual requirements that are planned to be satisfied in the coming months. Therefore, it will be booked as order intake only once the requirements for its accounting recognition are fulfilled.
