Representing approximately 20 percent of its supplier base, Siemens recognizes its small and diverse suppliers for the contributions they are making to help transform the everyday.

In its sixth year, Siemens today hosts its Supplier Diversity Awards to honor and recognize its small and diverse suppliers who demonstrate excellence in their partnership with the company.

Siemens has a community of 3,000 small and diverse businesses, representing approximately 20 percent of its supplier base nationwide, and honors them as part of the company's continued commitment to give businesses owned by minorities, women, veterans and other diverse suppliers the maximum opportunity to compete and succeed. Each year, Siemens businesses nominate outstanding suppliers in the company's Supplier Diversity Program and winners are chosen based on business achievements, quality teamwork and impact to Siemens.

'Since the effects of the pandemic first rippled across industries, we've seen just how intertwined our own resiliency and competitiveness are to the strength of our supplier base,' said Patric Stadtfeld, head of supply chain management for the Americas, Siemens USA. 'We're proud that our partnerships have made our company and the marketplace stronger, and we remain committed to expanding our networks so that they are more diverse, inclusive and reflective of the society we serve.'

The awards were presented to the following recipients:
