Sienna Labs, Inc. announced that it has received $40.47 million in funding from a group of investors

On April 24, 2017, Sienna Labs, Inc. closed the transaction. The company has received $40,471,910 in its series B funding from 29 investors. The transaction was led by existing investors Arch Venture Partners, L.P. and VenVest Capital, LLP. The transaction included participation from existing investors Partner Fund Management, L.P., Altitude Life Science Ventures, and David Pyott; new investors Fidelity Management & Research Company, certain investment funds advised by Clough Capital Partners, L.P., Omega Advisors Limited, and other investors. New investors accounted for approximately half of the funding.
