SIF Banat-Crișana informs the shareholders that, pursuant to the measures ordered by the Financial Supervision Authority (ASF) by Decisions no. 922/20.04.2016 and no. 924/20.04.2016, the Board of Directors of SIF Banat-Crișana will fulfil all formalities needed for the general meetings of shareholders convened for 25/26.04.2016, so that the shareholders that ASF presumed to act in concert in relation to SIF Banat-Crișana may not exercise the voting rights attached to their holdings in violation of art. 286^1 par. (1) of Law no. 297/2004 as amended and supplemented.
