Availability of SIF Banat-Crișana H1 2018 consolidated report

September 28, 2018, Arad | SIF Banat-Crișana informs the investors that the Consolidated Report for H1 2018 will be made available to the public starting September 28, 2018, at 18:30 hours, on Company's website atwww.sif1.ro and at Company's headquarters in Arad, 35A Calea Victoriei.

The half-yearly report was prepared pursuant to the provisions of Law no. 24/2017, the CNVM/ASF Regulations no. 15/2004 and no. 5/2018 and ASF Rule no. 39/2015.

Note that the condensed interim consolidated financial statements as at June 30, 2018 are not audited by the financial auditor of the company.
