SIF Banat-Crișana informs the shareholders that, starting with October 29, 2018, the execution of the buyback program by daily transactions in the market launched on October 2, 2018, will be suspended.

Any information on the implementation of the buyback programs approved by the EGMS of April 26, 2018, will be communicated to shareholders and investors in due time, according to the regulations in force.
