Oltenia S.A. Board of Administration, namely Ms. Anina Radu, Mr. Nicolae Stoian, Mr. Tudor Ciurezu and Mrs. Carmen Popa were sanctioned for failure to comply with the provisions of A.S.F. Letter no. VPI/6433/07.07.2020 and fulfil the duties assigned to them under the position of member of the Board of Administration held at the time of committing the contravention.
