SIG plc: Full Year 2019 Results Publication Date

SIG plc ('SIG' or the 'Company' and, together with its subsidiaries, the 'Group'),a leading supplier of specialist building materials to trade customers across the UK, Ireland and Mainland Europe, will announce its full year results for the year ended 31 December 2019 at 7.00am on Friday 29 May 2020, rather than on Thursday 28 May 2020 as previously stated.

The Company confirms that there is no change to its guidance for underlying profit before tax for the year ended 31 December 2019 of c.£42 million*.
