SIIC Environment Awarded 41,000-Tonne WWTP Projects in

Zhejiang and Heilongjiang Provinces

This announcement is made by SIIC ENVIRONMENT HOLDINGS LTD. ("SIIC Environment" or

the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"), a water treatment and environmental

protection company listed on the Main Board of the SGX-ST and the Main Board of the Hong Kong

Stock Exchange on a voluntary basis to keep shareholders and potential investors of the Company

informed of its latest business developments.

The Group is pleased to announce that it has again won the bid for Cixi Zhouxiang Project, which has a

designed capacity of 40,000 tonnes per day, and three Wastewater Treatment Plant ("WWTP") Projects

with a total designed capacity of 1,000 tonnes per day in Heilongjiang Province, in the People's

Republic of China.

Awarded Cixi Zhouxiang Project Again

In October, Shanghai Fudan Water Engineering and Technology Co., Ltd., the Company's 92.15%

indirectly owned subsidiary, again won the bid for Cixi City Zhouxiang WWTP (1st Phase) O&M

Project ("Cixi Zhouxiang Project") and recently signed O&M agreement with Cixi City Drainage Co.,

Ltd. and Cixi Zhouhang Wastewater Treatment Co., Ltd., in order to continue to operate the Project. The

Cixi Zhouxiang Project has a total designed capacity of 40,000 tonnes per day and its discharge standard

is tailored to the requirements of the O&M entrusting party. The O&M agreement, which lasts for a

three-year period, can be extended for another three years with conditions. The Group will continue to

expand quality projects along the Yangtze River, and provide quality services by utilising its professional

skills and extensive operating experiences.

Awarded Three New WWTP Projects in Heilongjiang Province

The Company's indirect 57.9687% owned subsidiary, Longjiang Environmental Protection Group Co,

Ltd., signed an O&M agreement with the Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Zhaodong,

regarding Changwu Town WWTP O&M Project ("Changwu Project"), Songzhan Town WWTP O&M

Project ("Songzhan Project") and Wuzhan Town WWTP O&M Project ("Wuzhan Project"). Changwu

Project, Songzhan Project and Wuzhan Project are designed with capacity of 500 tonnes/day, 200

tonnes/day and 300 tonnes/day, respectively. The O&M period shall last for one year and the discharge

standard is Class I Standard A.

The above-mentioned projects in are expected to make positive contributions to the Group's results.
