1. NOTICE OF RECORD AND DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATES
2. 1. REMOVAL OF SHARES

The board ("Board") of directors ("Director(s)") of SIIC ENVIRONMENT HODLINGS LTD. ("Company" and with its subsidiaries, collectively the "Group") wishes to announce that the final dividend(one-tier tax exempt) of S$0.01 per ordinary share of the Company (the "Share(s)") (for Singapore shareholders) for the financial year ended 31 December 2021 ("Final Dividend"), which is subject to approval of shareholders of the Company (the "Shareholders") at the annual general meeting of the Company to be held on 29 April 2022 (the "Annual General Meeting"), would be payable on 31 May 2022 to the Shareholders registered in the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company as at 5:00 p.m. on 20 May 2022.

Duly completed registrable transfers of Shares received by the Company's share registrar in Singapore, In.Corp Corporate Services Pte. Ltd., 30 Cecil Street #19-08 Prudential Tower Singapore 049712, no later than 5:00 p.m. on 20 May 2022 will be registered before entitlements to the Final Dividend are determined.

Duly completed registrable transfers of Shares received by the Company's share registrar in Hong Kong, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, Shop 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, no later than 4:30 p.m. on 20 May 2022 will be registered before entitlements to the Final Dividend are determined.

For the purpose of determination of the Shareholders registered under the register of members in Singapore and the branch register of members in Hong Kong for receiving the Final Dividend in Singapore dollar or Hong Kong dollar respectively, any removal of the Shares between the register of members in Singapore and the branch register of members in Hong Kong has to be made by the Shareholders no later than 4:00 p.m. on 13 May 2022 in order to be effected on or before the payment of the Final Dividend.

The exchange rate for converting Singapore dollars into Hong Kong dollars for the purpose of the Final Dividend payment in Hong Kong dollars will be made by the Company in due course.
