COMPLETION OF ISSUE OF THE CORPORATE BONDS

This announcement is made by SIIC ENVIRONMENT HOLDINGS LTD. (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries and its controlled entities, the "Group") pursuant to the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the Listing Rules as defined below) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 13.09(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules").

Reference is made to the announcements of the Company dated 12 November 2020, 10 March 2021 and 12 March 2021 (the "Announcements") in relation to the Company's issue of the corporate bonds (the "Corporate Bonds"). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.

The Board is pleased to announce that the Company has completed the issue of the Corporate Bonds on 15 March 2021. The aggregate size of issue of the Corporate Bonds is RMB1,500,000,000 and interest rate is 3.89%, which have been fully subscribed by the professional investors in the PRC.
