Sikri Holding AS: Merger between shareholders and closely associated entities

Oslo, 13 August 2021. Carucel N59 AS and its parent company Carucel Finance AS,
each a closely associated person of the board members and primary insiders in
Sikri Holding AS ("Sikri"), Preben Rasch-Olsen and Fredrik Cappelen, merged
without consideration on 13 August 2021, with Carucel Finance AS as the
surviving entity. 

Following the merger, Carucel N59 AS' shareholding in Sikri is now held by
Carucel Finance AS. Carucel Finance AS, after the merger, holds 2,099,474 shares
in Sikri.
