SILK Laser Australia Limited (ASX:SLA) acquired Unique Laser Franchising Pty Ltd on July 18, 2022. The acquisition, which includes 5 clinics across Ballarat, Doncaster, Geelong, Torquay and Waurn Ponds and the acquired clinics are franchised with one to be part owned by SILK. Unique Laser team will join SILK family. The acquisition will be funded from SILKÃ†s existing cash reserves and will be earnings accretive.
