NOTICE TO THE MARKET
Replacement of the independent auditor
SIMPAR S.A. ("SIMPAR or Company"), (B3:SIMH3), informs its shareholders and the market in general that the Board of Directors of the Company, at a meeting held on April 5, 2021, approved the hiring of PricewaterhouseCoopers Auditores Independentes ("PwC") to provide the Company's independent audit services, as from first quarter of 2021, replacing KPMG Auditores Independentes ("KPMG"). The change in the independent auditors occurs in the context of the plan to optimize the expenses of the Company and its subsidiaries.
The Company also informs that the hiring of the new auditor was carried out in accordance with the best Corporate Governance practices adopted by the Company and obtained the consent of KPMG Auditores Independentes on the aforementioned change.
