From January 1, 2021 to March 31, 2021, the company has repurchased 3,567,358 shares, representing 1.73% for BRL 156.59 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 3,915,171 shares, representing 2.1% for BRL 167.09 million under the buyback announced on September 21, 2020.
Simpar SA is a Brazil-based provider of financial investment services. It operates as a holding company for JSL Group.
