On October 13, 2020, Simulations Plus, Inc., a California corporation (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share of common stock, payable on November 2, 2020 to shareholders of record on October 26, 2020.
