SINBON Electronics : 2021 Audited Financial Report and Apportionment of Dividend

SINBON Board of Directors meeting was held in March 11th, 2022 and has released the 2021 audited financial reports which show the net profit after tax of NT$2.332 billion and EPS of NT$10.00. The board has decided to pay cash dividend of NT$7.00 per share.
The audited consolidation sales revenue in 2021 is NT$25.531 billion which has grown by 17.13% over previous year at NT$21.798 billion. The consolidation gross profit rate is 25.10% which is a decrease of 0.53% over previous year at 25.63%. The consolidated net profit before tax is NT$2.788 billion which is a growth of 5.23% over previous year at NT$2.649 billion. The consolidated net profit after tax is NT$2.332 billion which is a growth of 10.30% over the one in previous year at NT$2.114 billion. EPS after tax is NT$10.00 which is an increase of NT$0.92 over previous year at NT$9.08. Overall result of SINBON in 2021, the world is suffering by the influence of COVID-19 pandemic, currency appreciation, increasing cost and supply shortage of raw materials, dramatically increasing cost on logistic, the result of SINBON is much better than the one in 2020. Moreover, the company has been in a growth since 2009 for 12 consecutive years. The sales revenue, net profit after tax and EPS have surpassed the record highs and, are the best records in company history since SINBON was established.
Upon SINBON's strategy and future operation plan, the developing direction is still focusing on high-value-added cable module integration. In response to the trend of industrial development and the customer product development, SINBON will continuously provide integrated services with added -value and high-quality products to customers. The accumulated sales revenue for the previous two months is NT$4.489 billion, which is an increase of 16.67% over the same period of last year. SINBON is looking forward to seeing a two-digit growth rate as the company goal for this year.
