GRANT OF SHARE AWARDS TO NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
Pursuant to Rule 704(29) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, Singapore Airlines Limited ("SIA") wishes to announce the grant of share awards to the non-executive Directors named below pursuant to the SIA Restricted Share Plan 2014. These share awards form about 30% of the non-executive Directors' remuneration for the financial year 2020/21. Details are as follows:
