o Fares to Phuket from £535pp

Manchester - Today marks the resumption of Singapore Airlines' (SIA) flights from Manchester to Singapore. Initially, the flight will operate three times weekly to and from Singapore, with an A350-900 aircraft featuring Economy, Premium Economy and Business Class cabins. A range of on-board safety precautions and flexible booking policies are in place for smoother journeys and customer reassurance.

Following the recent reopening of Phuket, Thailand, allowing fully vaccinated UK travellers to arrive quarantine-free1, Singapore Airlines is pleased to offer fares starting from just £565 in Economy. Passengers can also look forward to enjoying SIA's iconic service on their onward connection to Phuket, following the integration of regional airline SilkAir earlier this year.

Mr Mohamed Rafi Mar, General Manager, UK and Ireland, commented: "We are very pleased to relaunch our flights from Manchester today, after an enforced break of nearly 16 months. Given our long history with the airport, we are also excited to be one of the first airlines to welcome passengers to the new Terminal 2 and look forward to flying the region's travellers to Singapore and beyond, once more."

Manchester Airport's Managing Director, Karen Smart said: "We are pleased Singapore Airlines has resumed its direct service from Manchester today. Singapore Airlines is one of our longest serving airlines and we know its routes have been extremely popular with passengers from across the North over the years.

We look forward to working with our colleagues at Singapore Airlines to make this returning service a success. Together, we hope to be able to relaunch the popular Houston service as soon as possible once travel to and from the United States is opened up."
