Sino Energy International Holdings Group Limited (SEHK:1096) entered into the non-legally binding memorandum of understanding to acquire 65% stake in Cement plant in Northern Pemba City of Sino-Harbor Construction Group (Hong Kong) Co., Limited on November 18, 2020. Sino Energy and the Vendor shall enter into a formal sale and purchase agreement in relation to the Possible Acquisition within 120 days upon the signing of the MOU.
