- Contracted sales: Total sales RMB52.4 bn, up 25% YoY
- GFA sold: 2.83 mn sqm, up 30% YoY
- ASP: RMB18,500/sqm, remained relatively stable
- Cash proceeds: RMB37.7 bn, up 12% YoY

- Regional distribution: More balanced sales among the 6 major core regions. Beijing Region 24%, Bohai Rim Region 18%, Eastern Region 22%, Southern Region 15%, Central and Western Region 21%. 'South and west' region increased by 8 ppts YoY mainly due to sales contribution from Wuhan in Central Region.
- Product structure: Residential 86%, mostly fast turnover projects.
- Sales highlights: Top 10 cities in sales mainly T1 and core T2 cities, various projects in core cities topped sales chart, such as Oriental World View (Wuhan), Neo-metropolis (Tianjin), Xixi Mansion (Hangzhou) etc.
