Swire Pacific Limited (SEHK:19) entered into the First Master Agreement to acquire an additional 15% stake in Chengdu Qianhao Property Service Co., Ltd from Sino-Ocean Service Holding Limited for CNY 1 billion.

Swire Pacific Limited (SEHK:19) entered into the First Master Agreement to acquire an additional 15% stake in Chengdu Qianhao Property Service Co., Ltd from Sino-Ocean Service Holding Limited (SEHK:6677) for CNY 1 billion on December 15, 2022. The deal is subject to approval by the shareholders of Sino-Ocean Group.
