Sino-Platinum Metals Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:600459) signed equity transfer agreement to acquire 60% stake in Shanghai Longsun Alloy Co., Ltd. from Longsun Group Co., Ltd, Zheng Yuanlian, Zhang Dashou and Huang Wenfeng for approximately CNY 160 million on December 25, 2017. Consideration will be paid in cash. The transaction does not need shareholders' approval and has been approved by Board of Sino-Platinum Metals Co.,Ltd.
