Sino-Platinum Metals Resources (Yimen) Co., Ltd. announced that it has raised CNY 73,906,390.63 in an equity round of funding from existing investor, Sino-Platinum Metals Co. Ltd. on October 10, 2012. The transaction was approved in 32nd session for its 4th directorate and 20th session for its 4th supervisory board of the investor. The investor continues to hold 100% stake in the company.
On October 10, 2012, Sino-Platinum Metals Resources (Yimen) Co., Ltd. closed the transaction.
