Shanghai Worth Garden Products Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300483) entered into a letter of intent to acquire additional 16.5% stake in Warburg Energy Development Limited from Shanxi Huijing Enterprise Management Consulting Ltd., Shanxi Ruilong Tiancheng Trading Company and Borui Tiansheng (Beijing) Investment Co., Ltd. on November 15, 2018. The payment will be in cash. As on December 4, 2018, the transaction is subject to the approval of Regulatory Board and that Shanghai Worth Garden's shares will halt trade from December 5, 2018 in case of pending regulatory approval. As on December 5, 2018, the transaction has been approved by the Securities Regulator.
