Sinoma Lithium Film Co., Ltd announced that it will receive CNY 790 million in an equity round of funding on May 30, 2019. The transaction includes participation from existing investors, Sinoma Science & Technology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002080) for CNY 421,307,000 to retain 53.33% stake, Tengzhou Yingke Hezhong Investment Management Center (Limited Partnership) for CNY 105,307,000 to retain 13.33% stake, and Nanjing Fiberglass Research & Design Institute Co., Ltd. for CNY 263,386,000 to retain 33.34% stake. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors at 10th extraordinary meeting of the 6th directorate of Sinoma Science & Technology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002080).
Sinoma Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is a China-based company, principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and distribution of special fiber composite materials. The Company is also engaged in the provision of special fiber composite materials related technical support and equipment, as well as the trading business. The Company's products include wind turbine blades, non-alkali fiberglass and products, high pressure cylinders, glass fiber paper, high temperature filter materials, advanced composite materials and lithium battery diaphragms.
