Sinoma Science & Technology (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. announced that it has received CNY 200,000,000 in an equity round of funding on April 18, 2017. The transaction will include participation from Sinoma Science & Technology Co., Ltd. The registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 100,000,000 to CNY 300,000,000. The transaction was approved at the 21st special meeting of the 5th directorate of the investor and does not need approval from its shareholders.
The company reported total assets of CNY 307,397,400, net assets of CNY 80,871,400, revenue of CNY 111,379,800, and net profit of CNY 111,379,800 for the year ended December 31, 2016.
