Suzhou Sinoma Non-Metallic Mining Industry Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 200,000,000 in an equity round of funding on August 24, 2018. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Sinoma Science & Technology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002080) to maintain its 100% stake in the company. The transaction has been approved at the 5th extraordinary meeting of the 6th board of directors of the investor and is not subject to approval from its shareholder's.
Sinoma Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is a China-based company, principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and distribution of special fiber composite materials. The Company is also engaged in the provision of special fiber composite materials related technical support and equipment, as well as the trading business. The Company's products include wind turbine blades, non-alkali fiberglass and products, high pressure cylinders, glass fiber paper, high temperature filter materials, advanced composite materials and lithium battery diaphragms. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
