Sinopec Oilfield Service Corp, formerly Sinopec Yizheng Chemical Fibre Co Ltd, is a China-based company principally engaged in integrated oil and gas engineering and technical service businesses. The Company operates its businesses through five segments, including Physical Geography segment, Drilling Engineering segment, Detection Logging segment, Downhole Special Operations segment and Engineering Construction segment. Its business covers the entire industry chain process from exploration, drilling, well completion, oil and gas production, oil and gas gathering and transportation to well abandonment. The Company conducts its businesses in Mainland China, Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan, and overseas markets.
