Sinopec Oilfield Service Corporation Accepts Resignation of Sun Qingde as Executive Director, Vice Chairman of the Board, Vice Chairman of the Strategy Committee and General Manager

The board of directors of Sinopec Oilfield Service Corporation announced that it has accepted the resignation of Mr. Sun Qingde ("Mr. Sun") from his position as an Executive Director of the Company, Vice Chairman of the Board, Vice Chairman of the Strategy Committee and General Manager of the Company due to new working arrangement, with effect from 10 May 2019.
