(Stock Code: 1297) VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT BEIJING FOURTH INTERMEDIATE PEOPLE'S COURT DISMISSED JANFUL'S APPLICATION FOR THE REVOCATION OF THE CIETAC ARBITRAL AWARD AGAINST NANJING SKYTECH

This announcement is made on a voluntary basis by Sinosoft Technology Group Limited (the "Company").

Reference is made to the announcement (the "Announcement") made by the Company on 6 December 2015 in relation to an arbitral award issued by CIETAC for an arbitration application filed by Janful against Nanjing Skytech. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as ascribed to them in the Announcement unless the context requires otherwise.

As stated in the Announcement, Nanjing Skytech, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, received an arbitral award dated 3 December 2015 issued by CIETAC (the "CIETAC Arbitral Award"), pursuant to which CIETAC made an award in favour of Nanjing Skytech and dismissed all of the arbitration applications made by Janful against Nanjing Skytech.

Thereafter, Janful filed an application to the Beijing Fourth Intermediate People's Court (the "Beijing Court") for the revocation of the CIETAC Arbitral Award. The Company is pleased to announce that, after the trials, that took into account arguments from both parties, the Beijing Court made a judgement that the rationale for Janful's application for the revocation of the CIETAC Arbitral Award was unsubstantiated. On 7 November 2016, the Beijing Court issued a decision (the "Beijing Court Decision") which dismissed Janful's application to the Beijing Court for the revocation of the CIETAC Arbitral Award. The Beijing Court Decision is final and conclusive with effect from 7 November 2016.
