VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

WON THE BID FOR THE SOFTWARE PROJECT OF 12348 GANSU PUBLIC LEGAL SERVICE PLATFORM

This announcement is made on a voluntary basis by Sinosoft Technology Group Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group").

The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company is pleased to announce that the Group has won the bid for the software project of 12348 Gansu Public Legal Service Platform, to develop the 12348 Gansu legal network, people's mediation management system, judicial identification management system, online notary system, and cloud computing center.

This project is the phrase two following the legal service platform phrase one that the Group provided for Gansu Department of Justice in 2017. This project will extend the features of Gansu legal network to services such as mediation, identification, and notary. Overall integration of public legal services to technologies such as big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence will also be enhanced.

The Board believes this project proved the increasing demand for informatization in judicial and administrative departments. The winning of this bid also demonstrates the Group's ability in seizing relevant demand. Leveraging on the Group's advantages in public legal and judicial administrative area throughout the national market, together with relevant favorable policies and enormous market demand, the Group will offer more enhanced judicial administrative related products, so as to drive revenue growth.
