(Stock Code: 1297) VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT WON THE BID OF PUBLIC LEGAL SERVICES NETWORK OF CHINA FOR MINISTRY OF JUSTICE

This announcement is made on a voluntary basis by Sinosoft Technology Group Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group").

The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company is pleased to announce that the Group has just won the bid for public legal services network of China for Ministry of Justice ("Public Legal Services Network of China"). The Public Legal Services Network of China is the highest level design for informatization in public legal services. Through consolidating public legal services resources across the country and public legal services platforms of different provinces and municipals, it will form a public legal services resources pool, which can provide convenient, fair and efficient one-stop public legal services for citizens, as well as data support and evidence for decision making for different judicial administrative departments in regulating legal services institutions.

The Ministry of Justice has published the "Establishment Guide for 12348 Legal Network of China (Public Legal Services Network of China)", which defined this platform as the basis for coordinating public legal services standards and technical specifications across the country, as well as the outline for public legal services informatization construction for different provinces and municipals. The Public Legal Services Network of China is an important direction for judicial reform in China and will significantly enhance the capability in judicial administration and public legal services.

The Board believes that winning the bid of Public Legal Services Network of China is prove of the high recognition by Ministry of Justice to the Group's ability in judicial informatization establishment, and greatly enhances the Group's reputation and influence in the judicial industry across the country. The Group will utilize its experience accumulated from cultivating judicial products for ten over years, as well as advantages from the provision of Public Legal Services Network of China, to promote its products to more provinces and municipals, so as to expand to a larger market.
