The supervisory committee of Sinotrans Limited received the letter of resignation from the staff representative supervisor of the Company, Ms. Mao Zheng ("Ms. Mao"), on 28 September 2021 that, as being about to reach the statutory retirement age, Ms. Mao has tendered her resignation as a staff representative supervisor of the Company with effect from 28 September 2021. Ms. Mao has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Company, the board of directors of the Company and the Supervisory Committee and there are no matters relating to her resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company. On 28 September 2021, Mr. Huang Bilie ("Mr. Huang") was elected as the staff representative supervisor of the Company at the staff representative meeting with effect from 28 September 2021 until the conclusion of the third session of the board of directors of the Company. The biographical details of Mr. Huang are set out as below: Mr. Huang, born in 1965, obtained a bachelor degree from East China Normal University, a master degree from the American Studies Center of Beijing Foreign Studies University, and a master degree of Investment Management from CASS Business School of City University of London, successively. Mr. Huang held the Research Fellow Title certified by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. Mr. Huang successively served as the General Manager of Entrusted Asset Management Headquarter of Beijing International Trust CO., LTD., the Assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Chief Financial Officer of Hong Kong Wide Code Investments (Group) Limited. From December 2003 to September 2016, he successively served as the Vice President of China National Foreign Trade Transportation (Group) Corporation, the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and member of Communist Party Committee of Sinotrans & CSC Holdings Co. Ltd., and the Deputy Head of Integrated Logistics Department of China Merchants Group Limited. From September 2016 to March 2017, he served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Secretary of the Communist Party Committee of China Merchants Group Finance Co. Ltd. From March 2017 to August 2021, he served as CEO and the Secretary of the Communist Party Committee of China Merchants Group Finance Co. Ltd. In August 2021, Mr. Huang was employed as a staff of the Company.
