    Cash dividend of US$56,132,000 are distributed.

The source of funds for the above-mentioned distribution is from the
announcement on February 15, 2022 that Siniy Real Estate(Shanghai) Limited
distributed earnings(after tax) to Sinyi Real Estate (Hong Kong) Limited.
After Sinyi Real Estate (Hong Kong) Limited distributes the earnings which
will finally be distributed to SINYI DEVELOPMENT LTD.(Samoa) to SINYI
DEVELOPMENT LTD.(Samoa).
